Custom ordered products can be cancelled up to 10 days before shipping. Once cancellation has occured product will become availble on site for public shopping. After the cancellation period items are non-refundable.

All orders will be shipped using the United States Postal Service. At the time of shipping the customer will be notified and given a tracking number. The seller will follow up with the tracking number and reach out to customer to verify status or receipt upon delivery notification. If item is not received seller will work with customer and Postal Service to come to an agreed upon resolution by all parties.
