Custom ordered items are available for cancelation up until 10 days before shipping. Once the custom item has been canceled, it will be available for public purchase on site. After the cancelation period, custom items are not eligible for return.

All items will be shipped through the United States Postal Service. Shipping is available in U.S. only. Once custom items surpass the cancelation period, they are no longer available for cancelation or refund. The customer will be provided a tracking number upon the time of shipment. The seller will follow up with tracking number to ensure item is received. If item is not recireceived, seller will work with the Postal Service and the customer to reach an agreeable solution for all parties.
